Help with my Mass Health Connector issue

Ask why i was terminated from mass health standard and if i was eligible for any other mass health product. ... I received a letter from social security stating that I would be once again paying my premium. For two months I was part of the Ma buyout so I didnt have to pay the premium. I called social security and they referred me to Mass Health. I spent two infuriating hours on the phone and on hold and was hung up on twice. I am disabled and have lots of dr. Appointments so this issue needs to be resolved quickly. I have been on Mass Health Standard for about * or * years and have had no increase in income so I dont know why I have been terminated. I dont know whT level of poverty I need to be at to be eleigible but my proof of income is on file. My mortgage that I got ** years before I became disabled is $****.** a month. Needless to say that should count for something. If someone could call*email me back and explain this to me clearly as I have short term memory issues.
That two hours and two hangups is beyond unacceptable. This is my health insurance and I am disabled have have alot of dr appointments so I need this foxed ASAP
I want someone to let me know what is going on.
I think i have been a customer for about * years and I have never had this poor quality of customer service. It is unacceptable.
Just wasting two hours of my time withput getting any resolution whatsoever
