I bought Skittles from different stores like Walmart and Dollar General. The resealable bags I got were disappointing. The Walmart ones were the worst. The Skittles in both bags were extremely hard. I tried microwaving them to soften the candy, but it didn't work well. Even though I enjoy Skittles, they are awful when not fresh. I hope this issue can be resolved as I believe others might also be facing the same problem.

I bought a 15.60 oz. bag of Wild Berry Skittles from my local Walmart. Unfortunately, while eating a few, I broke my tooth and had to rush to the hospital for an emergency dental procedure. I later found out that the skittles were stale, making it difficult to chew. My children also had a bad experience with them. This has been a very disappointing and concerning situation that I hope can be resolved promptly for the safety of our community.

I bought a pack of small Mars bars at Paphos Cyprus airport on 21st November [redacted]. Today, on 18th December [redacted], I opened them only to find that they are powdery and not very enjoyable. Unfortunately, I do not have a receipt as it was a gift, and it's not common to keep a receipt for chocolate bars. This was embarrassing as they were a token present for my friend, who used to love this chocolate bar. I wanted to share this experience with you. Thank you, Normanew1.

Hello, Greetings! I hope the holiday season is treating you well. My name is Sharon, a dedicated teacher from the Philippines with a love for chocolates. As a mom of two and an educator teaching Science and Media Literacy at a small Barangay High School, I aspire to start my first YouTube blog centered around unboxing chocolates or goodies from Lotte. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of these products in the Philippines, I struggle to afford them. I usually only get to taste these treats once a year, thanks to friends or relatives returning from vacations abroad. Even in my youth, enjoying these luxuries was rare as my parents prioritized essential items with their earnings. Understanding that creating a YouTube blog should reflect your passion and love, chocolates hold a special place in my heart. I kindly seek your generosity in providing chocolates for me to unbox in my inaugural blog. Your support would bring immense joy to my heart, and I promise to pay it forward by sharing the smiles and treats with others. Your kindness would mean the world to me. Thank you for considering my request. Warm regards, Sharon Corpuz

As a chocolate enthusiast, I adore DOVE dark chocolates, particularly the mint dark chocolates. I typically purchase 4-6 bags monthly. Unfortunately, two recent bags bought at either Walgreens or Rite Aid had poor quality, affecting color, texture, and taste. The chocolates were whitish, airy, grainy, bubbly, not smooth, sweet, or fresh. It was embarrassing as I had guests over. The expiration dates on both bags are 04/[redacted], with the code 852GGELZ04A. I hope to receive replacements for the disappointing chocolates. Thank you, Meryl M. Please contact me at [redacted].

About a week before Christmas, I purchased two tubs of Celebrations from Tesco's St. Austell branch in Cornwall, UK. One tub's best before date was March [redacted] and the other was May [redacted]. Unfortunately, both tubs contained stale chocolates, with the Twix bases tasting bad and the chocolates appearing white when unwrapped. I had to discard both tubs, which was disappointing as they couldn't be enjoyed. Disappointed, Mrs. C. Windmill Cottage Lanlivery Bodmin Cornwall PL30 5DE Mobile: [redacted]

Dear A.Garratty, When addressing an issue with a large company, it's surprising that you'd need guidance. Having worked at Kellogg's and Weetabix on machinery similar to the one in question, I assumed you'd be well-versed in resolving such matters. With your training in IS [redacted] and experience, it's perplexing how this issue occurred. When speaking to Angelo on the phone, their claim that your company doesn't have mice in a food factory seems dubious. It's crucial to implement more stringent checks and provide adequate training to prevent such mishaps. Remember, mistakes can happen in a bustling environment, but it's essential to learn from them. Drawing from your 29 years at Marsden Packaging in Blackburn, where training and common sense were key, it's clear that continuous improvement is necessary.

I received three $5.00 off coupons to replace the damaged package of Mars Bars I got from Walgreens in Seagoville, TX. I saved the coupons to use later. When I went to redeem them, I found out that they had expired on 1/1/[redacted]. I received the coupons around Christmas but planned to use them to send treats to a friend in the Marines. Unfortunately, I hadn't used them by the time I needed to send the package overseas, so I had to purchase the candy without using the coupons. I still have the expired coupons and would like a replacement. I am willing to pay attention to the expiration date in the future. I assumed the coupons were from last year. Thank you for your help in this matter. Katherine L. D. [redacted] Brook Hollow Circle Combine, TX [redacted] [redacted]

Hello, I need some assistance. I attempted to directly contact Mars, but have been unsuccessful in getting a response. During Christmas, I purchased a box of Celebrations from my local Sainsbury’s. I got them for a good friend who is undergoing chemotherapy. As he enjoys Bountys, I thought Celebrations would be a great gift due to the various chocolate options and their bite-sized portions, which are suitable when feeling unwell or experiencing taste changes from treatment. However, upon opening the box at the hospital, I discovered there were no Bountys or Maltesers in the box. Even my friend asked if I had jokingly removed them! The box was unopened and sealed, yet these chocolates were missing. This may seem trivial, but it was an important gesture for me during such a challenging time. I hope to resolve this issue and eagerly await your response. Thank you. - Kerry

Good morning, I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the HR team in Egypt. A friend of mine had an interview about a month ago and has not received any feedback yet. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, the HR representative, Amina, has not been responsive and has not provided any updates. I believe that even if a candidate is not selected, there should be a professional and respectful way to communicate this information. My friend's name is Ayman Abbas. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

Before Christmas, in the mid-morning of December 5, [redacted], I bit into a Snickers bar and ended up breaking my front tooth. Luckily, I managed to secure an appointment with my dentist, Julian Thomas DMD PA, on the same afternoon, and he verified that my front tooth (#8) was broken. Subsequently, I hurried to see an oral surgeon, Dr. Moore, for extraction and implant placement before Dr. Thomas went on vacation on the 18th. Prior to this incident, Dr. Thomas had replaced a crown on this tooth in March [redacted] at a cost of $[redacted].00. The recent expenses for the implant and new crown amount to $[redacted].30 with Dr. Thomas and $[redacted].00 with Dr. Moore from Greenville Oral Surgery. All the dental work is anticipated to be finished by April. I believe that Mars should take responsibility for this incident caused by an unrefrigerated Snickers bar eaten at room temperature, resulting in the unfortunate tooth breakage. I discarded the remaining candy and kindly request Mars to cover these incurred costs. Thank you.

On September 26th, [redacted], I purchased a bag of various Halloween candies from your brand. This bag cost $5.00 and weighed 14.78 oz, specifically designed for "peanut & caramel lovers" at my local Family Dollar store #[redacted] on [redacted] S. Market Street in Brenham, TX [redacted] at approximately 3:40 PM. I bought this impulsively while leaving the store and heading towards the Halloween display. Upon opening some of the candies, such as the Milky Way and Twix bars, I noticed they were old as they had a pale color and appeared dusty. Some of the Twix bars were flat and melted, making it challenging to unwrap. Despite having an expiration date of 02/[redacted], the candies were clearly not fresh, which was disappointing. The expiration and packaging information on the candies are as follows: Expiration 02/[redacted], 020CG4PA30. I refrained from consuming more due to their poor quality and age. I believe there may be an issue with your inventory or distribution process, as sending out old candies for the Halloween season is unacceptable. I will return the bag to the store and hope for an immediate response from your company via email or phone to address this matter. Disappointed, Patricia T.

I recently bought Halloween candies from Beddington Co-op in Calgary, AB (Fun Size 50 pieces). The numbers on the back of the box are BB/MA2 [redacted] Mar 15 with 026AL-IN11 below - hard to read. As Halloween is approaching, I don't want the trick-or-treaters to be disappointed or parents to worry about unsafe treats like poisoned or tampered candies. I urge you to investigate this issue, review your processes, and consider compensation for the purchase. Ensuring product quality is crucial, especially during these challenging times with Covid-19. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am curious to know if the products sold at Quick Mart in Tucson or Corona De Tucson contain any human or animal bodily fluids, specifically like the peanut butter M&Ms. They taste bitter instead of smooth and creamy. Can someone guide me to find food products that meet FDA guidelines without facing harassment due to complaints? As a food service employee in Tucson, I want to ensure my children and I consume safe products. Amid the coronavirus, food safety is crucial. I have medical conditions like hypo and hyperglycemia, so it's vital to trust the food I eat to maintain balanced sugar levels. Thank you, Ivy Lee M. G.

I purchased 2 bags of mixed candy for Halloween, but unfortunately, both bags were melted. Each bag cost $9.98, so I spent over $20 on both. After contacting the company, they agreed to send me 2 replacement coupons. However, I only received one coupon for $6 off my next purchase. I am extremely disappointed as I couldn't give out this candy or eat it myself; it was all stuck to the wrappers. I am hoping to receive the remaining coupon as promised. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Tabatha F. [redacted] 6th Ave #3 Huntington, WV [redacted]

I purchased a pack of orange vanilla creme M&M's at Dollar General recently and absolutely loved them! Unfortunately, when I went back to buy more, they were no longer available. I have searched high and low in various stores without any luck. I even found them on Amazon, but the price was too high. I reside in Joliet, IL, close to Willowbrook, where there is a Mars factory nearby. I would greatly appreciate it if you could make this variety of M&M's more widely accessible by stocking them in multiple stores or even allowing direct purchase from your factory. I believe this flavor would be a huge hit among customers. I enjoy M&M's regularly but am not fond of flavors like caramel. Please consider expanding the distribution of the orange vanilla creme M&M's. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Susan E. Address: [redacted] Oakland Ave, Joliet, IL [redacted]

I am extremely disappointed in your ongoing support of NASCAR and Kyle Busch. What will you do if he injures or kills someone? Sending M&M's as a response is unacceptable. This displays corporate greed. As a result, I pledge to never purchase any products for animal or human consumption under your brand again. Your lack of business ethics is truly upsetting. You may be a big corporation, but don't forget the values that helped you grow.

There's a group in Southern California using Marrs candy for a fake advertising scheme promising $[redacted] per week with a decal on your vehicle. They send you a check for $[redacted] with instructions to send $[redacted] to Danielle Wright in Desert Hot Springs for the advertisement. Once you send the money, the check they sent you bounces. This is a scam and reflects poorly on the business. Please reach out to me for more details. Thank you. - DRK Email: drkevorkianbpt[at]yahoo.com
