We purchased two Manitowoc ice machines from Wang Bangalore. Unfortunately, the larger machine experienced issues in November [redacted], and despite a new compressor being installed, the machine still did not work properly. It caused significant challenges for us during the summer season when we needed it the most. After several delays and the machine overheating, we requested a replacement or refund from Mr. Sanjeev at Wang Bangalore, who initially agreed but is now saying it's not possible. We are disappointed in the service provided and concerned about the damage the overheating may cause. We hope for a prompt response to resolve this matter.
