Name: T. Grodzinsky Address: [redacted] 14th Ave #3D, Brooklyn, New York, [redacted] Telephone: Home - [redacted], Cell - [redacted] Product Code: RSE01032 VIN: [redacted][redacted] PO Number: PO500957 Batch Number: CW01HE Please describe the fault: Attached you will find the store receipt showing the purchase of the rocker and images of the damaged position locks. The rocker only stays in the flat position as the locks are not effective. When inclined with the locks, a slight movement by the baby causes it to crash back to a flat position, startling and posing a hazard to the child. I urge you to address this matter seriously as the rocker is not serving its purpose. I previously emailed a complaint about this a year and a half ago and received no response. Now with my second child, I want to be able to use the rocker as intended for a longer period. Please advise on how you can assist.

My double stroller wheel broke, and it's beyond repair, according to the dealer. I also have a single Maclaren stroller. I need a new double stroller or at least another single one that my husband and I can use to push both our children. We've always known and loved Maclaren, so I'm kindly requesting if it's possible for your company to offer us a discounted price on a new stroller, preferably the Atom model. This would allow us to continue the tradition of using Maclaren for our children. Please respond to my email first due to time zone differences rather than calling. Thank you.

I've had the Maclaren twin stroller for six months, but I'm struggling with the buckles. They seem to be placed in a way that makes it impossible to close them properly. It feels like they might even be installed backward because when I try to put the upper piece onto the lower piece, they're facing the wrong way. I bought this stroller for my twins who were born in May, and now that they are six months old, I wanted to use it, but I can't buckle them in. This situation is causing me a lot of frustration and disappointment.
