The rocker can only be used in the flat position where the locks are not used, if we incline the rocker with the locks a few moments later with a small movement of the baby the rocker crasher to the flat position. This startles the baby and can be very hazardous to the child, I would like for you to take this matter seriously because i don't realy have much use out of this being that the baby can only be flat on his back and not in a more sitting position. I also want to make you aware that after i purchased this item a year and a half ago i emailed you with my complaint and never got a response back, i packed away the rocker and forgot about it, now that i had my second baby i took it out again and would like to be able to use this fully and for a longer period of time. PLEASE let me know how you can assist me.
