Hello, my daughter is a sophomore at Long Island University and is on their competitive dance team. All the makeup she uses comes from MAC Cosmetics. She not only applies makeup expertly but also does it for her fellow dance team members. I am looking to find out who I can contact at MAC to provide the names of the products she uses and inquire if they may consider giving her a scholarship. She promotes their products by wearing them and purchasing them regularly. I can provide pictures of her work and performance numbers to anyone who may be interested. If a scholarship is not possible, I am curious about how she could benefit from promoting MAC as the college's choice of makeup brand. Thank you.

Hello, I want to share a concerning email I received from Amanda Josh regarding a job opportunity. Amanda claims to be a casting director for Mac Cosmetics offering a modeling job for a photoshoot. The job entails modeling with makeup provided, promising a payment of $[redacted] for three hours of work. I'm expected to receive a check of $3,[redacted] with instructions to keep $[redacted] as an advance payment and to transfer the rest to a designated store for outfit payment. I recently purchased the 13 pc Taste of Storm mini lipstick set, and unfortunately, four of the lipsticks were broken upon purchase. Macy's refused to refund me because I didn't have the box or original packaging, even though I provided proof of purchase. They advised me to contact Mac directly. I am seeking a replacement for the defective items, not a refund. The Mac salesperson claimed they were sold out and couldn't provide a display product. I was disappointed by the service at the Mac counter and felt discriminated against as an African American female. I believe I am entitled to compensation for the time and effort spent returning the faulty items.
