PROBLEM NOT FIXED They backordered my book, gave me no option to cancel order, have no phone number to call, and do not respond to emails when you send them. How do you fix problems with your order if you can't get in contact with them???

The issue in GetHuman-renea_ap's own words
I placed an order for a One Hundred and Ninety Nine Dollar book and my math lab access code. I meant to add overnight shipping for Eight Dollars extra, but bought it using ground shipping accidentally. I emailed them Three times to ask them to help me buy faster shipping, while my order still said in process (not shipped yet). Then I receive an email saying my book is back ordered for up to Thirty days and I won't be charged until it ships, but they already charged my credit card. Now I just want to cancel the order. They gave me no option to cancel my order in the email they sent about the back order. So I emailed them again and ask them to cancel my order. Nobody replied back to any of my emails about adding faster shipping, the back order email was an auto generated response. They did not respond to my email about cancelling my order yet either. I want an actual person to email or call me and tell me they will cancel my order and refund my money. My Class started yesterday, I cannot wait Thirty days, plus shipping time to get my book!
It is very annoying to not be able to call to fix a problem with your order. *You should NEVER send an email to a student and tell them their book is back ordered (when it wasn't when they made the purchase) without giving them the option to cancel that order. It is a crummy thing to do at the beginning of the semester.
I would like a full refund asap
I repeat buy where I have a good experience. I like buying books new, even thought they may cost more because it is my preference. I pay out of my own pocket for them. Wish I would've got the used one now
I emailed customer service two times asking for a refund and to cancel my order. They do not list a customer service phone number anywhere. I did a internet search to see if I could find a phone number and had no luck.
