The issue in GetHuman-najownag's own words
Hello,*I have been playing Mobile Legends for a bit more than * weeks now and in that time I have been penalized * times, * of which were for reasons beyond my control but it was the most recent one that upsets me most. The first time I received a penalty, the match took longer than I anticipated and I had to quit mid-game to go to work (totally my fault). The second time it occurred, the match ended and for some reason the game didn't register that I played that whole game and penalized me for being afk (unfair). The third time, the game glitched and loaded me in but I was unable to move my character, purchase items, or select skills until I rebooted the game and the match was half done by the time I fixed the game only to find myself penalized again for being afk (unfair). The most recent game I've played, the whole team was being destroyed and I took a screenshot of how bad it was. I played my best and tried my hardest only to end up penalized for supposedly "feeding" (completely unfair).

GetHuman-najownag did not yet indicate what MLB.com should do to make this right.
