Help with my Lucid Software Inc. issue

Trying to sign up for a team account and could not get ti to work. Got locked out of the trial and could not get it cancelled. ... Signed up for a trial and could never get the login, not sure where login details were sent. Since I could not log in I could not cancel the trial. However, I did send an email to Lucid that asked to cancel the trial and got no response. I could never set up a team account and have never used the software. I emailed Mitchell from the Customer Success Team to express my disappointment. Please credit my credit card for the amount charged $***.**. I have no idea who GetHuman is and the customer service this product offers is terrible.
Your fake human emails and support responses are annoying and deceiving as they give the appearance of a supported product but you really don't support the product

How GetHuman-jakemak fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-jakemak to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
