Upon our recent return from Los Angeles Airport, my wife and I encountered a frustrating situation with our flight details. Despite our ticket indicating Terminal 4, we were redirected to Tom Bradley area, causing confusion and unnecessary delays. After waiting in line for nearly 45 minutes, we were informed that our flight had changed to AA136 and we needed to check-in at Terminal 4. This back-and-forth process was cumbersome and inconvenient, making us question the reliability of airport staff communication. Given the inconvenience we experienced and the apparent frequency of such issues, I am disappointed by the lack of efficiency in handling flight details accurately. The lack of a satisfactory complaints process only adds to our frustration. I hope for a prompt and adequate response addressing this matter to prevent similar situations for other travelers in the future.

Hello, I am reaching out due to my son Jordan Fresher, who arrived at LAX airport on Virgin Airways flight VA0023 from Melbourne, Australia. He landed around 9:00 AM, and it has been 14 hours with no contact from him. We are concerned that he may be held up in customs due to his visa status (ESTA valid until April). No one has been able to reach him on his phone, and he has not checked into his hotel or contacted his friends for pickup. We are anxiously awaiting any information about his situation. Your assistance in locating him at the airport or providing any updates would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Justine Fresher

I need urgent advice on COVID-19 precautionary measures for transit passengers at Los Angeles International Airport, flying in from Singapore en route to San Francisco International Airport. As a Singaporean with permanent residence in the USA, I have some concerns: 1. Are there enhanced security checks at the transit airport in Los Angeles? What is the estimated time for this process as I want to make sure I have enough time to catch my connecting flight to SFO. 2. Will I be required to quarantine upon arrival in San Francisco, my place of residence? 3. If I have to transit in Los Angeles, will I also be subjected to quarantine? 4. What is the duration of the quarantine period? 5. Where will the quarantine take place? Will it be in a hotel or somewhere else? 6. Are there any associated charges for the quarantine?

Upon our arrival at LAX on April 5 at 10:16 via Sun Country Airlines in Terminal 1, my group and I will have a connecting flight with EVA Airlines departing at 11:55 from Terminal B. I am aware that we may need to pass through security again in Terminal B. I have been utilizing your website and attempting to contact the airport directly to inquire about the availability of carts at Terminal B to assist us with our connection. However, after dialing the airport number, a recording states, "I'm sorry we cannot process your call right now," and disconnects. Information regarding cart assistance at Terminal B is not provided on the website. As senior citizens who do not move swiftly, we are concerned about the connection. Could you please clarify if the airport offers assistance to help us reach our next flight in time? Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. -G.P.
