After being on hold for over * hours and ** minutes on the Customer Service number: ***-***-**** they automatically dropped our call at *:**pm *******, even though https:**gethuman.com*phone-number*Los-Angeles-Housing-Department-LAHD clearly states the number is a ** x * contact number. **I have an urgent issue and no one answers the phone...just a constant recorded loop with no one answering the call.
