On Monday night, ********** at **:** p.m I started calling the Little Ceasar's on East Vandement in Yukon, Oklahoma. The line was busy. A few people at my house tried calling from their phones until **:** and all got the same result, busy on a Monday night? For ** minutes straight? At **:**?*So, we roll into your store wanting to order four pizzas with varying amounts of toppings and were informed that the oven was turned off and it would take too long to heat it back up. They also said the only pizzas we could purchase was a pepperoni or a cheese pizza. *.My questions to you are: As a pizza pick-up place, why are you open until **:** P.M. but do not make pizzas after **:**, apparently. Is it S.O.P. for your managers to put all of your phone lines on hold so they are all busy so you can cut payroll costs while losing out on $** or $** dollars worth of pizza? Are there certain nights you, for all practical purposes shut down at **:** or, is that every night? It would be nice to know this info so we could call someone that actually wants our business. We wasted ** minutes trying to call you and that meant the difference between getting food or, not. **We do not expect anything for bitching at corporate but I also know that if I pulled that **** at Westlake Ace Hardware, where I work, I would be at least written up or, potentially fired. I do not want your manager fired, I just want to be able to get a pizza that I can order ** minutes before the time you allegedly close. However, free coupons are nice and a free all expenses trip to Las Vegas would be really nice.*Ok, back to reality. Can you at least put it in your websites what time you actually quit making pizzas, please? **Thank you, **Randyl Edgerton
