I visited Little Caesars in Pasadena, MD on 12/12. I ordered a $6 Pepperoni pizza and 2 crazy breads, but waited for over 30 minutes while others got their orders quickly. I inquired twice about the delay, being told it would only be 2 more minutes each time. Strangely, the staff never asked for my name, though they asked others who arrived after me. The lack of attention to my order left me feeling extremely frustrated. This was a terrible experience as I watched everyone else get their food promptly. What does "hot and ready" even mean in this situation?

I made an order for pick up on 12/10/19 at Little Caesars in Baker, Louisiana, but the store called to cancel due to ingredient shortages. I was assured a refund, but it hasn't appeared in my account as of 12/17/19. The store staff were unhelpful when I inquired about the refund; the person on the phone was rude, placed me on a 42-minute hold, and did not give me relevant information. Upon visiting the store, I found out the manager was not in. The employee's lack of transparency and uncooperative behavior frustrated me. I aim to speak with someone about the refund delay and file a complaint about the poor customer service experienced at the store.

I am a loyal customer of yours and regularly have pizza nights once a month. However, my recent experience at your location on [redacted] N. Saginaw Rd. in Midland, MI, was disappointing. After receiving a pizza with missing cheese on half of it, I called to make a replacement order. The manager was apologetic, and I even took photos as proof of the issue. When I went in to claim my replacement, a lady named Julia handled my request. Unfortunately, she seemed dismissive and disappeared for 10 minutes before informing me that there was no replacement order. After some discussion, she agreed to replace my pizza but her demeanor was uncomfortable. When she handed me the replacement pizza, she did so without offering an apology or acknowledging the mix-up. When I asked for her name to leave a review, she ignored me, making me feel disrespected. It was a frustrating experience and left me feeling undervalued as a customer, resembling how I was treated by bullies in high school. This encounter has made me reconsider purchasing from Little Caesars in the future, despite it being my favorite pizza place.

I recently placed an order for extra most besties pizza with half pineapple and black olives, along with a side order of buffalo wings. However, when I went to pick up my order, I noticed that the pizza had no pineapple, only about 10 olives clustered in the middle instead of spread out, and it was a regular pepperoni instead of the extra most besties. To make matters worse, the kitchen staff seemed young and were not focused on the orders. The new girl at the register looked like she was about to cry as they were blaming her for the mix-up, so I decided to cancel my order altogether.

I ordered pizza and have two gift cards totaling $16. They didn't scan, but the manager said I couldn't use them. He suggested calling the number on the card, but that only allows balance checks. He advised me to go to another town to use them, which is inconvenient as it's snowy and cold. Devon at the Connersville IN Little Caesars needs customer service retraining.

I reside in Lehi, Utah. After shopping, I decided to order pizza through an app using Apple Pay. Following my payment, I received an email stating my pizza would be ready in 75 minutes. Realizing I couldn't wait that long, I contacted the Saratoga Springs store to cancel my order, which they confirmed. They assured me of a refund soon. However, 75 minutes later, I received an email notifying me that my pizza was ready for pick up. Upon calling, I was informed that no cancellation request was made. Disappointed, we opted to eat at McDonald's instead. I paid $30.22 for the pizzas, and as someone on a limited income, receiving a refund for this amount is crucial for me.

Last Sunday at 5 p.m., I placed an order for an Italian cheese bread at Little Caesars in Mission, Texas, on Conway Avenue. They mentioned it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we arrived, the line was incredibly long, extending from the driveway to the road. Inside, there were more lines, with people getting upset over lost or incorrect orders. Despite ordering an Italian cheese bread, I received crazy bread after 35 minutes, which looked undercooked; I have pictures to prove it. I ordered a couple of pizzas via the app on Friday and paid with Apple Pay. Upon receiving an email stating a delivery time of over 1 hour, I immediately contacted the store to cancel due to the wait. They assured me it was canceled and mentioned reimbursement. I frequent Little Caesars nearly three times a week, getting two pizzas and Crazy Bread each time. I also asked for jalapeno cheese packs once, as they're the only way my picky kids will eat the pizza. Unfortunately, the employee was unhelpful and argued with me when I requested one pack per slice. This embarrassing situation left me frustrated and seeking clarity.

During my recent visit to the store on Williams Blvd in Kenner, I had an awful experience. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza with garlic dipping sauce and encountered a ridiculously long wait time. The cashier was rude and unprofessional when another customer who came in after me received their order before mine, even though they had ordered two pizzas. I approached the associate about the issue, and she responded defensively, stating it wasn't her problem because she hadn't taken my order. I tried to contact the store manager to address the situation but received no response.

Today around 2:25 pm, I visited the Little Caesar's on 7 Mile Rd (near Evergreen) in Detroit, MI. Cash was the only payment option mentioned when I approached the window. The staff opened the drawer to handle money and make change. I noticed they were keying in the register without displaying any numbers. Also, there were no labels on the boxes for scanning the items. This seems different from my usual experience at other Little Caesar's locations. I'm concerned if this behavior could be considered stealing.

My spouse and I visited the Madison Heights drive-thru on 12/28 and ordered three cheese pizzas. Despite being told it would take 8 minutes, the pizzas were burnt. I called to speak to the manager, Megan, and she abruptly hung up on me when I inquired about returning the pizzas. Upon calling back, she swore at me and refused a refund. I insist on a corporate response, or my lawyer will step in. Please respond by Monday, 12-30-19. Thank you.

I visited this Little Caesars at 10:35 p.m., just before closing. The employee informed me they only had 2 pizzas left for sale, which were not what I wanted. When I asked for a discount or to make what I desired, I was told by the worker they couldn't accommodate as the manager wouldn't allow it. They mentioned they had already cleaned up and couldn't make more pizzas. I decided to go to Pizza Hut instead. I believe they should have closed at 10:30 p.m. if they were low on stock. I was planning to order 2 Hot-N-Ready pepperoni pizzas, 2 deep-dish pepperoni pizzas, and Italian cheese bread.

At Store [redacted], I ordered a thin crust 3-meat pizza at 9:15. I was told it would be ready in 8 minutes, but when I arrived at 9:30, they couldn't find my order. It was under my daughter's name, Kim, but they only had one for Tim. I questioned if maybe they had the wrong name by mistake, but an employee in an orange shirt insisted I must have ordered from a different store. He gave me another store's number, although I showed him the call history that proved otherwise. After contacting the other store without success, he rudely claimed they didn't have my order, just a similar one for someone named Tim. When I requested the corporate number from the manager, she unhelpfully suggested I find it on my own. Eventually, I purchased a pizza at 10:05, not the one I had originally ordered. The lack of tact in customer service and the rudeness displayed by the cashier reflects poorly on your company's customer service and management standards.

I frequently buy from Lil Caesar's, at least once or even 2 or 3 times a week, spending between $15 to $30 each time. During my recent visit, an employee only provided me with 6 Zap Packs. Despite my explanation that I usually receive one pack per slice of pizza since I am a regular customer spending a significant amount, he was disrespectful and refused to give me more. He even argued with me and used inappropriate language, embarrassing me in front of other customers. It was a disappointing experience, and I left feeling disrespected.

On December 29th, [redacted], my wife and I went to Little Caesar's on Central Avenue, near Metro Impulsora. We ordered a $79.00 peso pizza to save time, but unfortunately, it took us half an hour. I complained because other customers who arrived after us were served immediately. The employee explained that they were served quickly because they had pizzas with four toppings, while we had to wait for pizzas with single toppings. We are senior citizens aged 69 and 76. When we received the pizza, it felt like they gave it to us for free because they didn't provide napkins, ketchup, or any extras like cheese packets. I visited Little Caesars in Upland, store ID# 00001_05759 at 5:08 pm. I ordered a Most Bestest pizza, lightly cooked with double cuts. A staff member named Daniel P. mentioned it would take 10 minutes. However, I noticed others ordering and leaving before me. After 20 minutes, I inquired about my order and was informed it was lost somewhere. Shortly after, I was handed a burnt pizza with no explanation. I requested a refund and spoke to the manager, who was the same person who initially said the order was lost. I got my money back and left. I've had multiple negative experiences at this location but it's the closest to me. The next nearest one is in Ontario, about 5 miles away. I hope the manager will address these issues in the future. All I wanted was a properly cooked Most Bestest pizza with extra cuts, but each time there were delays and burnt pizzas. I hope for better service in the future.

I tried calling 37 times with no answer, so I drove 20 minutes to place my order in person. Upon arrival, I questioned the staff about the phone issues and was met with an attitude and informed that they are short-staffed, hence the unanswered calls. It seems they remove the phone from the hook when it rings too much. Despite the staffing challenges, they should still answer the phone and not remove it. After a longer wait than expected, the same lady who was rude to me brought my pizza to the front and slammed it on the counter. This behavior has been consistent during all my interactions, not just a one-time occurrence, and I know others who have faced the same problem.

On January 3, [redacted], I ordered a pizza from Little Caesar's by phone, expecting a 10-minute wait. When I arrived at the Chambersburg, PA location on Lincoln Way East, I found a long line and ended up waiting for 45 minutes.
