Dear Customer Service Representative,*My name is Lea Jones. On ********* my agency (Cumberland County Communicare) ordered ** pizzas from your store at **** Bragg Blvd Suite **, Fayetteville, NC *****. Unfortunately * of the pizzas were badly burned therefore they were discarded. Due to the late shift on the job I was unable to address the issue the evening of *********. When I returned to work on ********* I attempted to address the issue with the manager on duty. She sent the cashier back out to tell me that my name wasn’t on some list. I didn’t want the young lady to feel the impact of this because I knew she didn’t have the authority to address the matter. The manager didn’t have the decency to come out and speak with me about the matter. I left and called back and asked to speak with her on the phone. She was short and sarcastic. I asked for her name and she told me Melissa. She refused to provide her last name. I figured you guys would pull the schedule for the manager on duty that particular day. *At no time was I rude or disrespectful. As a matter of fact I was quite speechless about the treatment. My agency patronizes your store at least twice and sometimes * visits per week. We usually purchase ** plus pizzas during the week for meetings. This has been the case for several years with your store throughout the Fayetteville area. The location is convenient and your prices are great. I thought our agency would receive more consideration than provided that day. Even after the pizzas were burned I was there ordering a few pizzas that day not knowing I would be humiliated. *I don’t want to stop utilizing your services because of one person’s poor managerial skills. I’m still willing to make purchases from your corporation. However I feel that we should be compensated for the discarded pizzas. Perhaps don’t charge for * pizzas on the next order, provide coupons or another food item… Perhaps you can provide options. *I hope to continue to utilize your service once this matter has been resolved.
