I am trying to check on the status of my order. The online request form, live chat, phone calls, and emails labeled Urgent have all been unsuccessful in getting a response. My partner and I are concerned because we did not receive a confirmation email, even though we have an order number. The email address provided for billing is no longer active. We would like to ensure the product arrives before our wedding, with an estimated delivery date of September 26th.

I recently ordered tablecloths for rent but changed my mind the next day. I promptly emailed to cancel the order before it was shipped. Despite this, I received notification that the order was shipped. I contacted customer service again reiterating my cancellation request. When the package arrived, I was asked to fill out a form for return, which I did, explaining the situation. I have not opened the package yet and am awaiting a pre-paid shipping label to return the items. Please send the label to [redacted] Thank you for your help! Lisa McFaul. I placed an order (#[redacted]) on 1/18/19 for 15 items. I received the order and counted 15 items. When I took the tablecloths out of the packaging to iron out the creases, I found the largest tablecloth (60" X [redacted]" polyester Caribbean) missing but there was an extra satin runner I did not order. I tried contacting the company multiple times, even through live chat and email, but only got automated responses. After reaching out to PayPal, LinenTablecloth responded on 3/12/19 via Becky G. who apologized and promised to send a replacement item. However, on March 20, the shipment contained the wrong item, a smaller tablecloth. With our April event approaching, I urgently need the correct 60 x [redacted] inch Caribbean tablecloth. Note: Despite past positive experiences with LinenTablecloth, recent communication has been challenging, causing confusion and inconvenience.

Subject: Urgent Order Inquiry Hello, I am writing in regards to my order #[redacted] for 30 (118in. round satin baby blue tablecloths placed on March 14th. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with tracking. I received an incorrect tracking number for this order, which has caused confusion as I received a smaller order on the same day with a different tracking number. The larger order was dispatched on the 26th, but it seems the old tracking number was reused, leading to further complications. I have attempted to contact customer support without success, and I am concerned about the status of my missing order. I placed an order on 3/26/19 and only received part of it, with the 75 white folding chair covers missing. Despite emailing Linentablecloth multiple times and trying to call without success, I have not received any response. Urgently needing these chair covers for an event this weekend, I am concerned about not having heard back. The additional order placed on 4/2/19 has already arrived. I made a purchase on March 21st with order # [redacted]. The status still shows as "processing," even though the item was supposed to ship within 3 days according to the website. My event coming up at the end of April, and I thought ordering a month in advance was sufficient. I have tried reaching out via phone but only encountered a recording with no option to speak with a representative. Additionally, I have sent four emails without any replies. I want to cancel the order and receive a refund since it may not arrive on time, but I'm stuck without being able to communicate with anyone. The lack of customer service is disappointing.

I purchased 20 charcoal, 2 silver, and 4 ivory tablecloths from linentablecloth.com. I received 17 charcoal ones that are true to color, but 3 are a teal hue instead. I would like to exchange the 17 teal ones for true charcoal ones, and I am missing the 4 ivory tablecloths that were part of my order. I've tried reaching out multiple times through their website and email but have not received a response. I need this corrected before my mom's wedding next weekend. Please contact me at [redacted]. I placed an order (#[redacted]) with LinenTablecloths.com and received a partial order on 8/4/19. However, I noticed that I was charged for the full amount. After checking the tracking information, I did not see any indication that the remaining items (25 pintuck white table liners) are on back order. I have reached out via email twice to inquire about the delivery status of the rest of my order but have not received any responses. My last email was sent on 8/6/19, and I really need the items for an event scheduled for next Thursday, 8/15/19.

I made order [redacted] on September 14th. I have sent over 60 emails to inquire about my order. On September 26th, the day of the event, I was told that I would not receive the order. As a wedding planner, you can imagine all the problems and last-minute expenses this caused me. They mentioned they refunded me $[redacted].87, but it has been 12 days and I have not received it in my card. It was very wrong to inform me that the package had been sent, as I went to UPS Post Service 3 times to retrieve it, but it was never there. I hope you will send me my money back. You were the ones who did not fulfill my order, causing me to spend over $[redacted].00 extra to try to find chair covers and a sequin tablecloth 88 x [redacted] which I rented for $40.00. For just 7 dollars more, I could have purchased them from you. I never found the burgundy chair covers, so I had to rent Tiffany chairs at $4.00 each plus $50.00 for transportation. Mrs. G and Katie apologized for the inconvenience, but claimed the package had been sent. Since I have not received anything, please stop deceiving me and return my money.

The provided customer service phone number is not working. I placed an order on August 3 through PayPal, and the payment was deducted from my checking account immediately. However, I have not received any order confirmation from Linen Table Cloths, and I am unaware of any details regarding my order status or shipment. I have also sent emails but have received no response. This seems to be a recurring issue with this company. Given that customers often rely on timely delivery for events and weddings, the lack of communication is concerning. I am currently waiting on hold and urgently require assistance.
