I purchased a roaster on November 3rd, but it has not arrived. Despite contacting Le Creuset multiple times through calls and emails, I have not received a satisfactory response. I was provided with a case number (CAS-[redacted]-J2C3P8) by a representative named Carol Purty, but the issue remains unresolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and now wish to cancel my order (#[redacted]74) and receive a refund.

I am disappointed to learn that the round wide dutch oven has been discontinued by the company. My recent experience with customer service has left me frustrated. I placed an order on December 2nd (Order Number: [redacted]20) for the dutch oven, thinking it was in stock in multiple colors, but received no shipping updates. After emailing customer support on December 10th without a response, I received a free gift of salt and pepper shakers but not the oven. When I called for help, I was cut off by a representative and later informed that my order would be refunded, without details. The lack of communication has left me with numerous unanswered questions about stock availability, email responses, and refund timelines. This has impacted my ability to give the oven as a Christmas gift. Despite reordering, I worry it might face the same fate. I hope to receive the initially ordered item or return the free gift if it cannot be provided. -S.T.

I placed an order for a dutch oven on December 1st with a Christmas delivery expectation. However, the status still shows "processing" as of today, December 27th. Payment was promptly made via credit card on the same day. Despite making seven calls, sending three emails, and leaving two voice messages, I have not received any response or call back. My order number is #[redacted]75. I kindly urge Le Creuset to address my multiple communication attempts and fulfill the order that was placed over a month ago.

I purchased a 4.75 qt oval dutch oven with a grill pan in the Flame color and a 2 qt coffee jar in Truffle. The order was supposed to come with a complimentary 2-piece set of mugs in Oyster Grey. However, I received a floral tea towel, a 1 qt oval skillet in Marine Blue, and the mugs in Caribbean Blue. This mix-up with my order is unusual, as I have been a loyal customer of Le Creuset for many years and have never experienced such an error before.

I placed an order for a Dutch Oven on 4/29/[redacted] on the Le Creuset website to show my support for the company. Unfortunately, I encountered a series of issues with my order. Initially, my first order did not go through, leading me to place a second one. Surprisingly, two Dutch Ovens arrived at my house. I contacted Customer Service and was provided with an RMA number by Kristen Freeman. Despite returning the extra item via FedEx on 5/27/[redacted] (confirmed received on 6/2/[redacted]), I have yet to receive a refund of $[redacted].92 for the Dutch oven and $42.17 for the shipping. Despite numerous attempts to follow up via phone calls and emails to Kristen and their Customer Service portal, I have not received any response. The lack of customer service and unresolved refund issue has been frustrating. I am considering involving my bank and leaving negative reviews because of the poor experience. I have decided not to make future direct purchases from them due to these unexpected challenges arising from their initial website error.

Hello, I recently bought some rice bowls and flower plates from your store. After using the bowl once to beat an egg and the plate once to slice some pork, I noticed that grey marks were left on the items that cannot be removed. I am disappointed with the quality of the products considering the amount of money I spent on them. Not only are the stoneware items heavy, but they are also not practical and lack durability. I would have been better off purchasing something more affordable to avoid ruining them with typical use. If I had known the products were poorly made, I would not have made this investment. I am disappointed and will refrain from buying your products in the future. If needed, I can send you photos of the damaged items. Thank you.

I am inquiring about the order placed on 12/7/20 under confirmation number [redacted]4. Unfortunately, I am unable to paste the order details here. When I made the purchase on the Le Creuset website, it was promised that the order would arrive before Christmas. However, there has been no communication regarding the shipment status. Despite trying to contact customer service, the long wait times have been frustrating. It has been 9 working days since the order was placed, and I am still unaware of any updates on its status.

My son purchased two items for me, but they arrived in the wrong color. After speaking with a representative on November 30, [redacted], a case number (CAS-[redacted]-M2Y3T2) was assigned. I returned the wrong items, which were received on December 2 at the Returns Department in Early Branch SC. Despite leaving emails and making phone calls, using request number [redacted], I have not received the replacement order. I am frustrated after not hearing back since December 14, even though I was informed it would take up to 72 hours. I am hesitant to reorder as I do not want to deal with the delay in receiving a refund. Waiting for a reply has been challenging. Tomorrow, I will attempt to contact the phone number provided.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to you regarding a concerning incident involving my Le Creuset pan. Recently, I took out the pan, added some olive oil, and turned on the burner to medium heat as usual. Suddenly, it started popping, and the ceramic cracked and developed holes, which was quite alarming. I promptly removed it from the burner to assess the situation. This pan has been in my possession for about 14 years since it was a gift, and I have taken good care of it due to its quality. I am puzzled about why this occurred and whether the pan is safe to use with the ceramic damage. Losing such a valuable kitchen tool is disheartening, hence my inquiry about the necessity of replacing these pans after a certain period. Any insight or advice you can provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, S. Edgington

I recently noticed that the inside of my Le Creuset Cherish Stock pot is chipped at the bottom. This beautiful pot was a gift from my mother in [redacted] and has been a favorite over the years for cooking. I was wondering if it is still under warranty or if I should look into purchasing a new one? Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. - Brandon B.

I had some baked-on food in three or four spots on the cooking surface and tried various methods to remove them, but two slightly raised spots persisted. After soaking the skillet and using a sponge with an abrasive side, I managed to reduce the spots, but two remained. Despite further soaking and gentle scrubbing, two little chips appeared. All my cooking tools are high quality, hand washed, and I do not use any shop type tools. My kitchen items are well maintained and include brands like Le Creuset, Vitamix, Wüsthof, Calphalon, and Tovolo. I have no dishwasher and live alone. My pots and pans are primarily Le Creuset, with a few non-stick skillets from Cuisinart and Calphalon. I believe the skillet should be replaced and kindly request instructions on returning it for a replacement in red or orange. Thank you for your prompt response. Sincerely, T.J. Carter
