I am concerned about the TV commercial featuring a young lady driving recklessly in the snow. My brother tragically passed away in a car accident caused by a similar situation with another driver. It is important to drive safely regardless of the vehicle you are driving. My brother's untimely death had a profound impact on his family. Watching this commercial brings back painful memories. I, J.R. Sanchez, had purchased a Range Rover Evoque P20 pickup in April [redacted] from the NDJ Paris agency in France, with VIN SALZA2BX7LH016107, delivered in July [redacted] in Mexico. Since then, the truck sustained significant damages at 22,[redacted] km including front screens and at 34,[redacted] km with an engine failure. Despite a 4-month repair wait without a courtesy vehicle from JLR Guadalajara, the engine was only changed after I contacted England to enforce the global brand policy. Currently, facing a new emergency due to charging system and engine problems, I urge JLR México to consider my request for a reliable replacement, the [redacted] Evoque or a similar model, given the repeated breakdowns jeopardizing my safety and responsibilities as a former diplomat and military attache.

I am experiencing challenges with my remote app. It has been in sleep mode for approximately 6 months. Despite seeking help from various online resources, it appears this is a common issue rather than an isolated incident. I reached out to the dealership, and they are requesting £[redacted] for a diagnostic. I feel this is unreasonable as Land Rover seems to be aware of the problem and I am already paying a subscription for the service. This is not the first time this remote issue has occurred with my vehicle.
