I recently purchased * cold shoulder tunics. * fit, but the other * didn't. customer service sent me a prepaid label to send the other * back, but I forgot to put in the return and replacement paper. What am I to do? Because I was supposed to replace the * cold shoulder tunics with a larger size. The people at the return department are not going to know what to do with the box of items. Called customer service and asked for my confirmation * on the order form. The nice lady typed all the information in for the return department to put the merchandise back in stock. And said that my replacements would be shipped later that day. I should be receiving them later this week. Amazing company! Been a customer for ** years and have never been disappointed. Carol
