I bought sofa, loveseat and recliner from ArtVan *-**-**. It was delivered on *-*-**. After a day it was sat on and began to wrinkle. Next the loveseat and recliner began to wrinkle. I had a service call on *-**-**. I was told by him the fabric was defective and he would turn in the report. I was told by customer service if it was a defect I would be issued a full credit to my credit card. I called today and was told the customer service report says there is no defect. The man either lied to me or on the report. To return the furniture I have to pay for the pick up of the furniture and I've already payed for the delivery. It's not my fault this is a defective fabric. I also would have to pay a **% restocking fee. You can't restock defective furniture. I'm asking for a full refund on my credit card as well as a free pick up. I was told a manager from Customer Service from this number ***-***-**** would call me*back within * hours over * hours ago. I'm an old lady and don't need this type of stress in my life. I've bought Lazy Boy twice before and haven't had any issues. The furniture I just replaced was Lazy Boy and it was still in good shape, just tired of it. I would like to resolve this to my satisfaction, however if not I will take further steps to resolve this publicly. Please respond. I bought this in good faith according to the reputation of Lazy Boy.
