Nothing was fixed at the rewards people hung up on me and I still don’t have any room or my door still has you can see through my door so I asked him to bring down my other card because I have two carts full of stuff I have no car and she cards. And they’re doing this to me in the middle of the afternoon and I am really upset I would like a new room and they won’t give me one please help me please they have rooms on the website they have rooms clean I know they do

I am not drinking they move me out of my room as rewards member at * o’clock in the afternoon they bumped me I’m asking for a new room because there’s a could see through my door to tell me they have no more rooms but they do because on the website to do and it’s * o’clock check-in time so I should be able to check into a different room that’s what I wish I also asked him to bring down my stuff from Jewel today to ** where they move me *:** they haven’t they just leave my stuff there so anybody in the dog could steal it I’m telling you I want a new room I want my money back for the time and I’ve been here the whole three days I mean this is just ridiculous how you treat me I would like some sort of recognition this is really ridiculous ... I am it was like around *** in the afternoon and they told me I need to get out of the room that they had rented it to somebody else after I had been here three days and I am a rewards member I don’t know why didn’t tell me in the morning first of all embarrassed me it was rude it was loud and then I’m on packing my stuff and will be afternoon when I have better things to do and I ask for another room when they move me to this room on the third floor there’s an a hole in the door not like the whole pack vacancy I could see through the door and I asked for a different room and they won’t put me in a different room they said this is all they have and it’s not true because there’s on their website they have rooms available I’d like something done about it please my phone number is ***-***-****I also called the rewards number and I was hung up on my rewards and it meant and her name was him she said she’s in the Midwest she wouldn’t give me her name she wouldn’t give me her supervisor and she hung up on me and her name is Candace from the Midwest that’s all I can figure out and I would really like some help this is this is not how human beings should be treated any human being I don’t think I will be writing a review and I will be telling I knew something was happening today so please help
