My name is Bryon Barnwell.I have been at checked in since Friday at **** East Shea Blvd Scottsdale AZ *****.I have had several issues during my stay here but the most recent ones disturb me the most.Last night I was bit by something on my stomach in room ***.I reported it to manager Adrian earlier this afternoon.He gave me a new room ****.I move my belongings & unpack only to find bathroom is not clean & toilet has **** on it and pubic hair.The room had a smell to it but so did last room so I assumed that was normal but this was a strong smell that I did not realize until I opened bathroom door.I called to front desk to ask for someone to clean it but was told manager left and there was no one on premises to clean.This surprised & disappointed me because I would think someone would be able to help in an emergency cleanup situation.I was then offered another room but I am traveling alone and am too tired because my sleep was compromised due to waking up from painful bite on my stomach which left a welt then disappeared(I have picture).I could not get back to sleep & flipped mattress and went thru sheets looking for what bit me.I get migraines due to my brain tumor and stress & interrupted sleep is a major trigger.The prescription medication makes me weak & disoriented.I have to get up and move my deceased fathers belongings tomorrow & only have the energy to get food from next door.I was told I cannot use bathroom from previous room now & am reluctant to try and shower here.My only option is to move again but after I finally eat I will need rest to meet movers in the morning.I would rather be here when maids clean because last time I stayed a gold chain I left on lamp(I have picture)was stolen and not recovered so I won’t want room cleaned until I return.The other issues I had stem from none of the sanitizer machines were filled after I requested more than once in workout room & the coffee machines are empty(I could have used a cup for energy).Also I must sleep with window open or I get migraines & the chlorine machine in pool was chirping for past few nights which also interrupted my sleep but I finally reported to manager it last night & haven’t heard it since.I am currently paying a higher than normal price because I felt this hotel would accommodate me since I am from out of state and familiar with area(my bill will be over $*,*** by Friday because I was told the hotel was full-yet I have been given an option of at least *-* rooms on this floor alone to stay in??).I am distressed by my situation & these things further compound my distress(I have had * migraines since Friday!I never had to take this much medication in my life-possibly due to something biting me at night or noise).I originally was booked here by the FBI the first time I stayed when my chain was stolen & I thought that was a fluke incident,but now I have my doubts about the upkeep & professionalism*services rendered here.It would probably serve your establishment to have an unidentifiable inspector come for a stay and look how nasty coffee machines in rooms are and monitor maids performance.I wish I did not have to complain because people seemed nice here but as I’ve described the product was insufficient.Even the amenities listed on website(complimentary toothpaste*brush etc)was unavailable when I asked.If I wasn’t under so much pressure I’d recommend you hire me as your mole as I would not allow these issues to go unaddressed-especially in such a nice area.Please respond to my email & make this right I am very disappointed thank you *Bryon (Thomas) Barnwell
