Hello, *I received a notification from my bank that I was charged $**.** on June **, **** and $**.** on June **, **** by L.A. Fitness. I was not made aware that L.A. Fitness had been re-opened to the public during COVID-** and do not feel as though I should be charged when I am not going to the gym due to the pandemic we are currently in. I understand that it was a holiday weekend, but I've been attempting to make phone contact with L.A. Fitness Operations Manager (Josh) at (***) ***-**** (El Centro since last Wednesday ******** to request a refund on those charges to my account. *In addition, I'm hoping to receive any notifications from L.A. Fitness about re-instating charges versus hearing about it first from my bank.*Thank you. -Lauren B.
