I went to Koodo kiosk feb ** to add easy roam in my phone. Feb ** I had to call Koodo as this was not put on my phone. I was assured that my bill would be my ** per month and at most **.** per month for the add on . I knew that I was going to be away for two months . So my normal bill is approx ***.** times two plus the ** I prepaid ***.** feb **. I get my bill March * and states I owe over *** which means my bill for feb was over ***. I talked to representative Karen March * and she was to get back to me regarding taking the roaming charges off my bill. I have not heard from anyone and can not get in touch with anyone. The digital chat can do nothing. I would very much appreciate a supervisor to call me ASAP please
