Make calls. Or txt msging ... I’m getting a msg saying my account needs immediate attention why would this be happening and how do I correct this issue
This is extremely annoying I have no idea how long this has been going on I wasn’t made aware
I wand the act been restored and been credited for the amount that I’m out
I buy my phone cards
Tried to put my sim in another devise and still not working
I have an issue with Koodo Mobile too

I had to cancel my service and go get a new SIM card and start all over because they said that there was fraudulent activity on my act which is bs so Koodo not only stole money from me because I had just topped up my act but also didn’t tell me or make me aware the there was a problem w my act.... I was told if I was to go get a new act that they could transfer the balance over when I called them they told me it’s not possible so now I’m out the cost of my balance from my old act because i just had topped up my act
