I am not a happy koodo customer..Here is my problem. I have tried to contact koodoo multiple times to make payment arrangements....I'm currently on disability and need koodo to stop adding a ** dollar fee each time my bill is late. I've had a huge problem with this since day *. When I first joined koodo I made arrangements to pay my bill and..somehow the payment I made takes days to post so that was my first ** charge. Afterwards it was explained to me that the computer was lookin for payment on the day I agreed and when it wasnt posted so I was suspended and charged **. I was not happy. Couple months later again I was disconnected and charged **.....I hate to add up the ** dollar charges which koodo applies each and every time a customer is late. I even made arrangements with the koodo assistant trying to avoid this action,however, koodo seems to be getting rich off people like me who live on a monthly cheque. Today...I owe ***...one month plus a ** charge...I tried to speak to an assistant to let them know I will pay my bill by may *rd the due date and again I bet I get suspended and charged **. I sure wonder why koodo is permitted to add countless $** charges. I'm sure it allows for a huge profit off the backs of the poor...obviously still not happy
