So I was just about to pay my last Koodo bill when I decided to check their other plans since I’m looking into a new phone and now probably a new provider. *Currently I'm paying $***month for *g and unlimited talk and text. *Turns out that's exactly what their $** plan offers while their $** plan has been offering *g with talk and text. They warned me if I switch, my old plan may no longer valid so I wont be able to switch back. *Like I care. *I’d like to know how much I’ve been ripped off and for how long and I’d like it back. *It should not be up to customers to stay upto date on what they offer, if a better deal comes up they should inform you rather than continuing on with charging extra and hoping they wont find out. **Moral of this story**Keep up to date with your phone company and their deals yourself because they wont.
