Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Account phone number, and Last 4 digits of Social Security number

My issue is i cant talk to anyone. I tried to call yesterday at ***... not only could i not wait on hold, but i had to click on a link in a text from koodo, that led me to a website so i had to turn data on, tried to schedule a callback for ***, did not get the warning text before the call and only got a call back at **:**pm as i learned this morning. So i tried to call again today, i clicked on the link in the text, turned on my data and tried to schedule a callback... my earliest option was sunday august **th at **:**am. I NEED TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON. Hold allows people to leave of they have more important matters instead of getting called back at inconvenient times because the agents cant respect the callback time requests.
GetHuman-callme did not yet indicate what Koodo Mobile should do to make this right.
