I got an e mail from YOU stating that "You’ve recently changed your Koodo services." I DID NO SUCH THING!!!!!! It says I added Data *GB $* * month*Service effective on August **, *****Service expires on: October **, **** at **:**am, Mountain Standard Time. I DID NO SUCH THING!!! So how do you have the right to say I did???? I do not use the internet well, so cannot, and do not want to access the online whatever to access whatever. This upsets me greatly and is BS!! Please do not ever do this to me EVER AGAIN!!!! If I want any added services I will call you, otherwise leave my account as it is!!!
