Hello, **I bought tickets through kayak from spirit airlines, but my flight got canceled. I contacted Spirit Airlines, and their customer service representative told me that since kayak is a third party, it uses its own credit card. In other words, Spirit has already refunded my money to kayak, but kayak has to refund my money back onto my account.
