booked with flyus.com......have a major problem. They cancelled my booking made on june *rd as they said credit card was declined but I did not know about their attempt. They said they called and left a voicemail. No record on my phone. credit card company did not call me. They sent an email to me saying my booking was cancelled *** yesterday but I was unaware as they sent it from a different website called webjet. Went to spam as su****ious email. My booking had been made a email itinerary came from Flyus.com. I called my credit card company and they said they do not have any record of attempts to run the card nor declines for Flyus.com. Now they say I can rebook but it will cost me another $****. My flight from PHL to London was for next sa****ay the **th returning on June **th. My daughter is having a C section. Are they a valid booking agency for flights. I feel like they scammed me and cancelled so I would agree to a higher price in desperation. PLEASE HELP ME!!
I trust that Kayak will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
