My issue is not fixed ... I went to use a champ and realized he wasn’t there I messaged kabam and let them know I’m missing three . It’s been weeks of them emailing me and only repeating that they understand it’s fustrating. They showed me on their end I still have those champions. I was than asked to send my whole roster and when I do they keep closing my case and only repeating they understand it’s fustrating. I’ve put money into this game and to see that champions I have are missing and Kabam doesn’t even care they just keep asking me to repeat last I saw the champions and I answered the question than it’s back to square one or they close it again . I need help before I quit this game for good and take others with me. We all put money into this game it’s not fair that this won’t be acknowledged or that I’m asked to take pictures and I do than your company closes it. I’m very dedicated and did not expect this to be so much trouble and so frustrating to get no where and to continually repeat the issue with no acknowledgment. I beat rol and that should have duped my Ronan. I’m missing captain America four star and three star.
They haven’t addressed the issue like now they put it was fixed and it’s not
I want my champions that they say “we see them in your account we cannot assist you further” when my champions aren’t there
