I booked a holiday to Amsterdam for my parents on the **th -**th March **** through Expedia our flight was cancelled ( flight number Tomsca ) ticket numbers ************** *** We also purchased seats together going out EMD ***-************** and return EMD ***-**************. Total cost £**. We have had endless problems with Expedia but eventually we got a refund for our Hotel but nothing for the flight, they say their is a credit on the flight. I would like a refund for this flight as I cannot foresee using it in the future under the present covid rules. When I tried to go through your procedure to get a refund it would not let me and said I had to go back to Expedia, this I tried to do but it appears they have wiped off my details once they refunded, I am now at a loss through no fault of my own Could you please look into this and advise.
