Redeem a $** e-Gift Card ... I went to www.juul.com*survey and I entered the code on the card that came with my Juul starter kit that says "Complete Our Survey And Get a $** Visa e-Gift Card." The next message that appeared was phrased as if it were an optional online community that I could join, with two boxes: one saying I want to join and the other saying I do not want to join. Expecting this to be different from the survey and wanting to be redirected so I could complete the survey, I said no I would not like to join. I was immediately redirected to the homepage with no sign of my entry even existing, and no way to re-enter an already used code. I would like to have the opportunity to take the survey and receive the $** e-Gift Card without the weird option to accidentally click out of what wasn't clearly mentioned as the survey and immediately lose the code.
