Location: St. James,Winnipeg*Scenario: I am a customer waiting in line when * customer ahead of me got mad to a cashier. Asking for a **** for their chicken. Poor cashier (Elizabeth) didn't understand why they need **** for the chicken. Cashier run to the back and look for ****. Meanwhile customer was having a fit (probably wanted a free meal or something). The manager or supervisor (Collet ) stepped in and repremanded the poor cashier in front of everyone in the store.* What kind of supervisor was that. Power tripping over the young cashier because this poor girl needed a job? What kind of training do you give your managers? I saw the whole scenario. It was terrible. Have the poor cashier go to the office and repremand her, not right where all staff and customer at Jolibee was. * Very unprofessional and very muleducated . Have I had my phone with me, I would have post it on facebook.* My question is.. what is your company going to do with your people ( supervisor collet) with such manner and such ignoranace and no education whatsoever?
