I have an existing JCI DDC system installed in [redacted] in a 3 swimming pool complex. It includes an NAE MS-NAE5510-1 with an N1 (IP) TCP link to master servers via a phone modem, and an N2 bus link to XTM IO Controllers and a remotely located UTM on the same N2 bus. The system controls swimming pool equipment like pumps and filters. However, as the N2 equipment is obsolete and no longer supported, I plan to replace the XTMs with new FEC like the FEC26, which can be used with the existing N2 bus according to its literature. I'm uncertain whether I can connect FEC26s to the existing NAE or if I should replace the NAE with a new one supporting a new N2 bus and a BACnet MS/TP bus for the new FECs. I am open to sharing the system architecture drawing via email for further assistance.

I bought a York air conditioner, Serial # WIG[redacted], and Model #YHM36B21SA on October 17, [redacted], from Sansone Air Conditioning at [redacted] Goolsby Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL [redacted]. Since installation, I have had 15 service calls related to adjusting the functions in the air conditioning system, thermostat, and replacing sensors, inverter, control board, and thermostat. Even after all these repairs, the air conditioner still doesn't cool properly and the new thermostat can't connect to wifi for updates. I reached out to Tony Duncan at Johnson Controls, North Florida, but he couldn't resolve the issues. I requested a switch to a simpler model, but nothing has been done. I've been dealing with John Gibbs, a manager at Sansone, since October 25, [redacted], but the problem remains unfixed. My spouse is very ill, adding stress to the situation, and I'm seeking help for a refund or replacement promptly. Thank you, Malvina Nicoll.

I am facing ongoing issues with my Champion unit, model TH4B822SA installed last year under warranty. Despite spending over a thousand dollars on repairs like a new fan, heat strips, and more recommended parts, it continues to malfunction. The latest technician suggested replacing the Freon line for an extra $[redacted], which I refused. Frustrated, I plan to share my negative experiences online about Champion and the retailer, Noland in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Even after seeking help from other Noland branches, I remain ignored. Being retired, I cannot afford to keep pouring money into this unit and may need to take a loan to purchase a new one. I feel exploited and hope someone can assist me before I take further action. Thank you. - Rickey Wilson - Address: [redacted] - Email: [redacted] - Phone: [redacted]

Hello, my name is Andrew Fletcher, and I am contacting on behalf of Eckhardt and Johnson Mechanical regarding a packaged rooftop unit issue. The unit in question is missing 2 stages of cooling. The unit details are as follows: Model # J15ZIC00S4HZZ10006B and Serial # N1B[redacted]. It features a simplicity controller without a customer user interface, with a circuit board named 1A board. Our technician was informed by Tech support that AI16 should be set to 4 instead of 2 due to the unit not being initially configured for 4 stages. They mentioned the need for a specific software on a laptop to address the issue. As the unit is from [redacted], it was supposed to have 4 stages of cooling from the factory, but this was overlooked by the original mechanical and control contractors. We are seeking assistance from Johnson Controls to resolve this issue. Thank you, Andrew Fletcher.

I have an HVAC system with a White Rodgers thermostat and want to replace it with a Johnson Controls Glas wifi thermostat. The current thermostat and furnace wiring diagram do not show a C terminal. I need guidance on which screw to use for the C wire. Please advise on how to proceed with the wiring installation for the new thermostat. Thank you. -R.

I am experiencing trouble connecting to the gateway MAP tool on a York RTU. The intention is to connect to the tool's wifi and view all the RTUs on that network. Although I can connect to the wifi, I am unable to open www.mapgwy.com in the browser. Additionally, attempting to open [redacted].[redacted].[redacted].1 in the browser does not lead to any results. I am seeking technical assistance on how to effectively use and connect to this tool.
