Hello my name is Andrew Fletcher, I work for Eckhardt and Johnson Mechanical. We have a customer with a packaged rooftop unit that is missing * stages of *cooling. Unit Model * J**ZIC**S*HZZ*****B Serial * N*B*******. It has a simplicity controller in it that has no customer user interface. I believe the name of the circuit board is a *A board. Our onsite Technician was told by Tech support that AI** was set to * but it needed to be set to * since the unit was never set up properly for * stages. He was told that a laptop with a particular software was needed to complete the job, because of the fact that the unit has no on board user interface. Is this something Johnson Controls can help me with. I believe the unit is a **** based on the serial *. I also believe it was supposed to be set up from the factory to have * stages of cooling. Some how it never was and that was never picked up on by the original mechanical contractor or the control contractor. Hoping you can shed some light on my options. Thank you- Andrew Fletcher
