International Travel Network Customer Service Issues

Hello, this is Susana Acosta-Cavert reaching out to you from Spain. I have previously bought tickets from the USA to Spain through your services and I am in need of your assistance once again. I am referencing the recent email you sent me, containing my information. I require help in rescheduling my return flight from Spain to the USA from December 1 to a later date, as previously discussed. As I don't have access to call the 1-[redacted] number provided, I am preferring to communicate via email for now. If there is a toll-free number available for international clients contacting the US, kindly provide me with that information. I hold a reservation with Delta under the code SVKNXO. During my last flight from Dallas to Madrid in June, a Delta representative had to modify my return flight for ticket issuance purposes, which I did not request. This change was necessary due to the closeness of flights and limited time for connections. Having purchased flight protection insurance in March, I am hopeful that I will not incur additional charges for adjusting my return flight to a later date in January [redacted]. I am flexible to travel towards the end of January, and I plan to reach out to you for another round-trip ticket from the US to Spain for the end of March.
