I loaded $[redacted] onto my Walmart prepaid card, submitted my ID multiple times, but you still closed my card without explanation and kept my money. How is this fair? I urgently need the funds for my medication as I'm dealing with a feeding tube and cancer, and now I can't access it. I've contacted a news station and will warn others not to use your services. I've also reached out to the BBB. It's unacceptable that you can just withhold my money without justification. I demand access to my funds or a refund. It's not yours to hold onto. This situation is distressing. I insist on speaking with a representative. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

I made a purchase for the aquacare double shower on March 7, [redacted]. The payment was deducted from my checking account the same day. Regrettably, I have not yet received the product. Despite spending countless hours contacting customer service, I have been unsuccessful in locating my order. The company utilizes a unique mail system where UPS picks up the packages, but they are transferred to the local post office for final delivery via USPS. After tracing my order, I discovered that while UPS received the showerheads, there is no record of them reaching the post office for delivery. It seems the package went missing after being collected by UPS. As a consumer on a fixed income, I am concerned about the lost funds and the vital medical usage of the showerheads. I kindly request either assistance in tracking down the original package, receiving a replacement showerhead, or obtaining a refund for the undelivered item so I can purchase from an alternate seller. Preferably, I would like a new set of showerheads dispatched directly via UPS to avoid further issues. I have been searching for my order since May and speedy action would be greatly valued.

I purchased a shower head on October 7, [redacted], and returned it on October 26 as the color was incorrect. Despite sending it via USPS Priority Mail and receiving a return label a month later, I have not received my refund of $44.99 plus tax. I have made numerous calls to your company but with no success. I have noted similar complaints in your reviews and hope to resolve this matter promptly. Please issue the refund and address this situation promptly. Thank you. Nelda W.

On 7/2/22, I purchased an "Aquacare Chrome Shower Attachment Kit" online for $29.99 with free shipping. However, upon receiving the invoice, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $19.99 for a "Water Filter." I promptly reached out to "Aquacare" via "Interlink Products" to address this mistake. Subsequently, on 7/4/22, I received an email from Customer Service explaining that "Interlink Products" does not issue partial refunds. They proposed canceling the entire order for a full refund and suggested reordering. I agreed to this solution. Despite providing additional information as requested, I then received another email stating the order had already been dispatched, making a refund unattainable. After facing challenges with the company, I insisted on a complete refund of $49.98. Should this not be processed, I am prepared to pursue further action. I appreciate any assistance you can offer in this matter.

I have encountered issues with my RainSpa 3-in-1 Ultra-Luxury Rainfall Combination Showerhead. The spray rub clean nozzles on both the Shower Head and the Hand shower head seem to be falling out, causing water to spray out to the side. Additionally, the 3-way anti-swivel water diverter is difficult to turn to change the shower head selection, and sometimes the water output is reduced after changing the selection. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed with a warranty replacement. While the product is currently out of stock at Bed Bath and Beyond, I am willing to provide pictures and the original packaging if necessary. Byron K. N. I placed an order for an AquaCare showerhead this morning at 1:55 am, but I mistakenly selected the chrome finish. I am looking to change my order to the oil-rubbed finish. I bought an Aquacare Magnetron Handheld Magnetic Shower system in matte black from QVC. After installing and using it for a few days, the secondary wall mounted magnet holder failed. The tape remained stuck to the wall but the adhesive detached from the magnetic holding device. I contacted customer service, and they sent a replacement, but it turned out to be non-magnetic. The model number I have is B56468 KB0000. I am in need of a new magnetic wall attachment or replacement double-sided tape. Thank you.
