I am a new Instacart Shopper. I shopped * or * batches on Saturday, ******** during the $** promotion. I took photos of the receipts and carefully matched the receipts with the correct grocery orders. My account showed the green bar stating that I had earned my $** promotion. The next day, I checked my account for the applied promotion and I was given only $** instead of the $**. The following day I received an email that stated the Instacart could not read my receipt yet I took clear photos and double-checked the photos for clarity submitting each photo prior to leaving the cashier counter. I have not been able to reach Instacart by phone or email. Their phone number recording says it is disconnected and their email address says it is no longer in use. I want my $** promotion as promised and I want a working phone number and email address as a Shopper so I can contact them for help. I attempted to use the chat feature however the icon was not consistently available and I was unable to reach anyone to resolve these issues. I found it interesting though that to the Instacart Team contacted me from the non-working phone number (according to their voice recorded message at that line) to ask me if I wanted to be part of a Thanksgiving Miracle dinner by shopping an order and delivering it at about *-*:** p.m. at night.

GetHuman2311864 did not yet indicate what Instacart should do to make this right.
