On *******, I placed an order for * items (disinfect wipes and sponges) from BJs. This order was for a family member, who was unable to leave home due to the current pandemic. Two of the items were refunded (Wipes) and reportedly, there was no replacement (though it was still showing up on the website as available). I attempted to cancel the order as it did not make sense to have the third item delivered and charged $**.** to deliver this particular item (sponges). I was unable to cancel and the shopper showed up with the item. My family member declined to accept the item, again as he didn’t think sensible for this item to be delivered, particularly as there is $** minimum delivery charge. At this time, I am requesting a refund for the sponges as well as the delivery fee.
