Instacart's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-mindylon a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-mindylon's own words
I just wanted to express my disappointment with your service*company. May **th, we were in Seaside and placed a large order. It honestly took me over ** minutes as we were ordering for a week*** people. The order went through and delivery confirmed for that night. About ** min later, I received a text that my order was changed to * days LATER!! I called and talked to a manager, who was very rude and not helpful at ALL. We obviously canceled the order and went and shopped ourselves. I am both disappointed that you confirmed the order and then could not fill it. Also, I am unhappy with your managerial staff and the disappointing way he handled it. There were several families on the vacation and we all have a very bitter opinion about the company and lack of resolution of the problem.
