I purchased ink from Inksmile with order #[redacted] on July 9, [redacted], and received it two days later. After placing the ink cartridges in my HP printer, it did not recognize them. I tried both color cartridges with no success. I followed all the troubleshooting steps recommended by Inksmile and HP, but the issue persists. I have attempted to contact Inksmile once online and three times by phone, but I have only been able to leave a message. I recently received my reorder with order # [redacted] for the XL [redacted] Black ink. Unfortunately, the ink cartridge exploded in the packaging, rendering it unusable. This is the second order, as the first one was incorrect in size. I urgently need this ink for a client project and cannot afford to purchase it brand new. I depend on Ink Smile for affordable ink, and this experience has been frustrating. I humbly request two replacement cartridges to ensure I can complete my project without any further issues. I hope to receive the replacement in a timely manner, as my client is expecting the project to be finished promptly. Thank you for your understanding. - Laura D.

I purchased a 4-pack of remanufactured Epson [redacted] ink cartridges with order number IS [redacted] and referral number [redacted] on 1/31/19. I was eager to try your ink, but after a few uses, my printer started to malfunction. There were printing errors with specific colors, and even after replacing the other colored ink cartridges, starting with black, the problem persisted and worsened. My printer displayed cover errors and got jammed, preventing me from replacing the cartridges. I had to purchase new cartridges from the store and perform maintenance tasks like alignment and nozzle cleaning to fix the issue. It caused a lot of inconvenience, and I had a disappointing experience. I tried contacting customer service with no luck. If you could provide a return postage label to send the cartridges back, it would help me feel more satisfied with the situation.
