I am having trouble accessing my inbox account. Recently, I updated my account number, and I suspect that might be the cause of the issue. I have attempted to contact support via phone multiple times without success. I hope that in.com is still operational. I am growing increasingly concerned and it seems impossible to reach them. I am feeling very frustrated with the lack of information available. I am willing to provide my new number if I can just connect with the accounting department.

I recently contacted you regarding my inbox.com email service issue. It has been down since yesterday morning (9/13/18), even though the service is paid until November. Inbox.com charged my credit card and sent me a receipt last week. I noticed on downdetector.com that there are problems in AZ-Tucson and Phoenix, but I am located in SW New Mexico. I am unsure if the problem is on my end. When I try to access the service, I am met with a message saying, "Problems with your service? Try again later." I am online and can access my Hotmail email. For the second time in less than a year, my email account has been deactivated. As I have previously stated: 1) my account user name is [redacted]; 2) I DO NOT use PayPal; 3) I DO NOT HAVE a PayPal account; 4) I WILL NOT create a PayPal account; 5) I CAN provide you with a Visa credit card number; 6) I CAN provide you with a Visa debit card number; 7) Please contact me by phone at [redacted] as email communication is currently not possible due to the account issue. I started using this system but was unexpectedly cut off. My account was cancelled after I paid quarterly, then it got blocked and eventually hacked. I tried to cancel but couldn't because I couldn't send emails or make calls since they weren't being returned. This was my first email address, and I lost a lot of important information. The service used to be great until it became more profit-oriented like many others. I believe I am owed a refund of $44.85. Please improve your system to be more user-friendly from the beginning. This might lead to better reviews in the future.

I am trying to cash out with a merchant e-card. I followed all the instructions until they asked me to verify my identity with my phone number. When I entered my number, I was told it is already in use, which is correct as I am using it. The first time I tried to cash out, it instructed me not to use dashes in my phone number, but then it wouldn't let me enter my number without dashes. I simply want to use the money I've earned, and I have been using the same Gmail account and phone number since I opened the inbox account.

My email [redacted] is currently blocked. The message states that it requires confirmation from PayPal to reactivate. Today, I contacted PayPal and successfully linked one of my credit cards, but they were unable to make the payment as my account was closed by the email provider. The last payment I made was in January [redacted]. I was under the impression that Inbox.com was free, but if payment is necessary, I am willing to pay. Please process the payment through PayPal and reactivate my email promptly. I rely on this email for work in a legal office with the federal government. Your swift action is greatly appreciated. Recently, I acquired a new tablet and have been exploring its features. As I am not very tech-savvy, I am unsure if this has led to the deactivation. Despite searching online, I cannot locate the live chat feature that is mentioned for InBox Dollars. The only option available to me is a bot that provides irrelevant article suggestions. I am urgently requesting for my account to be reactivated and seeking clarification on the reason behind its deactivation. I prefer to communicate with a person, preferably through live chat or a phone call, to address this matter promptly. It is important to me that the individual is fluent in English and possesses the necessary authority to resolve the issue immediately, without the need for transferring me to another representative. I have encountered multiple glitches, including a contentious dispute regarding a reward payment, which seem to be deliberate attempts to discourage me from continuing with the service.

I recently got an email at [redacted] containing a referral code a few days ago. However, the email mentioned that the code had expired despite me receiving it recently. I attempted to submit a support ticket twice, but each time it requested me to check my email, which I did and found no issues with the information provided. I am frustrated by this situation. I am a member of InboxDollars and cashed out for a $[redacted] virtual Visa on the 11th, but I am still waiting while another member in my house who cashed out a day after me got their $50 virtual Visa already. I have been trying to contact customer support but all phone numbers seem to be out of service. I have emailed several times and been told my payment is processing. It's frustrating because I see that I've cashed out on my InboxDollars account, but I haven't received it. It's puzzling why the other person received theirs first. I participated in an offer on Money Maker Monday, Nov. 1st. The offer entailed receiving $15 for purchasing an ebook from Rakuten Kobo for $1.99. Despite completing the offer, my activity ledger does not show any credit or pending credit. I also did not receive a confirmation email for completing the offer and qualifying for the $15 reward. I attempted to submit a ticket, but due to the offer not reflecting in my activity ledger, I was unsuccessful in doing so. I did receive a receipt from Kobo via email for the ebook purchase, confirming my eligibility for the payment. I kindly request this issue to be rectified. Thank you, Donna.

Surprisingly, I have successfully redeemed funds in the past without any issues. I received a $10 Amazon gift card from InboxDollars and now find myself locked out of my account as if I've done something wrong. I've completed numerous surveys and accrued nearly $2 in my account, but I'm unable to access it due to being locked out. I'm frustrated because I've dedicated a lot of time on my day off to participating in activities on InboxDollars, earning those dollars legitimately. When I tried to redeem my gift card, I encountered this lockout and now I can't even reach out to InboxDollars for assistance. If this issue isn't resolved, and I end up losing my $10 gift card and the other small balances I earned, I'm considering creating a YouTube video to share my experiences with InboxDollars to warn others about potential issues.

I'm experiencing difficulty with requesting payment via PayPal on InboxDollars. Although my PayPal account matches my InboxDollars information, I encounter an error when trying to receive the verification code to complete the transfer process. The error message states it's unable to send the code at the moment, preventing me from completing the transaction successfully. Despite not trying multiple times, I am unable to proceed due to the missing verification code. I have not modified my phone number or faced account lockouts. I have yet to receive my requested pay issued on January 20, [redacted]. The virtual Mastercard provided cannot be accessed as I do not own a smartphone. In the past, I received a Visa cash card and would prefer this method for accessing my funds. I do not have a smartphone, making this card the most suitable option for me to receive my earned funds. I have been unable to reach them or receive a callback since January 20 when I requested my rewards payout. I requested a Visa cash card, as I did before when cashing out for payment. Instead, they issued a Virtual Mastercard that I cannot access, and have since stopped responding to me. All I asked for was a Visa cash card to be sent to me. It has been three weeks and I have not received a response from InboxDollars. I even tried calling customer service, but still no response.

I have been attempting to cash out but have been facing difficulties. The error message I received instructed me to repeatedly recenter my face for the picture, which I found somewhat amusing. I suspect my outdated government phone is the cause of this issue, as it finally broke last night. I am currently awaiting a replacement. I have been a loyal user of InboxDollars for quite some time and have not earned much despite investing my time in completing surveys. Recently, after spending time on four surveys, I was disappointed to find that I only received $0.25 in credit. Some surveys, like the water survey that promised $2.25 or the music instruments survey offering $4.00, did not credit me even though I followed all instructions diligently. It is frustrating to feel like the surveys are designed to disqualify participants at the very end. Additionally, I have been experiencing issues with uploading receipts for cashback and completing tasks like the bingo card. Despite reaching out for assistance, I have not received a response.
