I'm having trouble completing surveys as I keep getting a message stating that my answers are inconsistent. Several surveys were related to voting, and my responses remained consistent - I choose neither option as I have no strong opinions on politics. I rely on surveys for extra income, and I've accumulated $14.44 so far. However, I can only access surveys that offer minimal earnings like 10 or 1 cent, which is frustrating. I attempted to submit a ticket to address the issue, but the submission button seems to be unresponsive.

I have requested my first payout back in May and have not received any updates. I did notice a mention of verification but it disappeared too quickly for me to act on it. I have tried contacting various numbers, submitting help tickets online, leaving voicemails, and waiting on hold numerous times without any success. I am unsure what additional verification is needed as my information appears up to date on the website. My payout request is still pending, and I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

I have submitted multiple messages to your "support" team regarding updating my credit card's expiration date, with no response after a considerable amount of time. Despite being a long-time customer, I am unable to access my account this afternoon, even though my subscription is valid until November. Please assist me promptly as this situation has caused significant inconvenience. Thank you.

My phone broke a few months ago when it took a tumble down the stairs. I had planned to repair it, but the cost is holding me back. Now, I'm having issues with Inbox Dollars needing to verify my account before I can finish playing games worth almost $[redacted]. The customer support team mentioned the verification process could take up to 30 days. I don't understand why apps need to send codes to my phone number instead of my email. It would be much simpler if the codes could be sent to my email instead.
