June **th *****In and Out is my daughter's favorite place. They don't have one where she lives in Wyoming so when she comes to visit that's our *st stop anyway it was **:** a.m. in the morning we were the *st customers we placed our order and we were waiting and waiting and waiting waiting and I could see cars going through drive-through getting their order so after ** minutes I finally asked is our order gonna be made and the girl that took out of order went to go look and she saw that our order slip is still hanging on the little spindle wheel. She never came back by me to say that they were sorry or anything I ask for the manager shift at*st he tried to tell me will we just open and I said we were the *st customers and you can't tell me that it takes ** minutes to make * hamburgers and you have other cars going through drive-through getting their meals and his Apology was as weak as Room temperature water. I was a A.M. for Wendy's for ** yrs. I gave him my slip to show what time we placed our order. His excuse of "We just opened is lame."
