For any tax issues you may have then you will need to call in. You can call customer support at the IRS using 800-829-1040. Once you call press 1 for English then wait for the recording to end. Press 2 then 1 then 3 then 2. The recording will then ask for your social security number you can just press 0# it will ask again then press 0# and finally press 2 once it asks you a question. You will be told your wait time and a representative will pick up to help you.

I am having the hardest time receiving my tax return. It's like I'm just getting the run around. I've been waiting on a paper from the irs about verifying my identity. And I have yet to receive it. Everyone I talk to say they are resending it but it's the end of April. And I have yet to receive it. I'm struggling my bill are way past due and I'm about to get evicted from my house. Because I have not received this paper so I can get my return. Can someone please email me back I've been calling the irs and they are not helping me at all. PLEASE HELP ME AND EMAIL ME BACK. Is there any kind of way they irs can email me this paper since I have yet to receive it. * different people said they sent it and I have not received it. I'm getting all my other mail so I don't know why I wouldn't get the letter that they said they have mailed out. First I was told that everything was looking good with my return and it was just taking awhile to process. Now it's this about verifying my identity. PLEASE email me back thanks.
