My ICBC adjuster will not return my emails. I sent her one on August **th expressing problems paying for physio which I also expressed in the initial phone interview. I resent it with ‘urgent’ in the subject line on August **th. On August **th I sent an email addressed to both my adjuster and the Minister of Social Development who has also ignored three other emails persisting to the lack of affordable options for People With Disabilities pertaining to post accident therapies. I’ve been told through others on PWD that ICBC can front a person some funds and deduct it from the settlement, but my adjuster has not offered this, and in the face of discontinuing physio (I also cannot return to my regular physio while on a ICBC claim) she has opted to ignore me time and time again. **I would like another adjuster who is capable of returning emails and is forthcoming with info. I would like the funds needed to fulfill the physio treatment plan that my physiotherapist and doctor have deemed necessary. I want to be compensated for the interest accrued trying to pay for these service as charged by my credit card company. I want an apology for delaying my treatment and exasperating my injuries.
