Help with my Hyatt Hotels and Resorts issue

So I booked a Hyatt hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. And when I booked it said it was **,*** points. Then it gave me the option to double those points by paying $** ish dollars more a night when I agreed to. When I checked my account I only have *,***. Now if it’s just doubling the points I already have that’s one thing but it needs to be clearly stated. Doesn’t make any sense for me to pay more to get less points. In addition, I booked for early check in and when I got there they didn’t start the room yet and I got there the time I booked for. Moreover, I called after I landed to make sure it was going to be ready and they confirmed it would be. So we waited about ** min for the room to be cleaned and we were offered drinks and food that they had at the little shop downstairs which we weren’t interested in. Then we got to the room the sheets had stains on them. I didn’t notice them until we got back from eating lunch but I didn’t want to make it a big deal thought they would do better the next day. They changed the sheets and once again another stain. I was just very disappointed. Once you email me back I can show you the pictures. This experience wasn’t bad but because of me paying extra for points I didn’t get and the fact that I had to wait for once again paying extra to get in early. Then just to find out my sheets were dirty two days in a row. I would have talked to the manager but I had to catch my flight and had to much to do to full around with that issue at the time. I feel you pay the premium price you shouldn’t get a low class hotel feel.
