Hello my name is Jean Heitzman and I recently stayed at the Hyatt place in North Charleston South Carolina. On Friday night ** October ****, While attending a women’s conference I had returned to my room for the night and was Abruptly awakened at *am by police officer to inform me that my car had been broken into. The staff at the Hyatt did their best to help me but I was told the manager would be in at *:** to check the cameras and to give me paperwork to fill out needless to say I waited two hours and the manager never showed up. I’m extremely disappointed that I chose the Hyatt because of your exceptional customer service and safety that I felt normally when spending the night out of town. I would appreciate a call back and I would like to know if the Hyatt covers the expenses of our cars being broken into because it wasn’t just mine they were five other people and what other type of compensation do we get for this inconvenience.
