I am a business owner from Myrtle Beach, SC. I own several small businesses, and i have over ** years in the hotel, resort industry. With that being said, i stayed in your Hyatt Regency Suites hotel in Marietta, GA as an evacuee from Hurricane Florence. I stayed this past Thursday, and Friday nights **-**th and checked out Saturday morning on the **th around **am. I was not overly impressed with the downed elevator or the snappy rude way i was handled by everyone i spoke to on the phone while i was a guest in your hotel. I tried to call the hotel in question today just to get pushed to every voicemail in the building. Not one person picked up the phone to even ask what the issue was. Not even the woman that answered the phone. My issue is the money that i was charged for "incidentals" and when these monies will be put back into my account? I didn't use anything that costs money from the room. I paid the ***per night parking and then it looks like i was charged an additional **.** for "incidentals" that never incurred. When i asked the girl at the front desk why i was being charged for this.. she told me it was just protocol and it will be reimbursed at check out. I did not recieve the monies back and i called to ask when it would be put back...but the woman that answered put me on hold....then abruptly sent me to everyone's voicemail. I guess i was bothering her to do what she was hired to do? Customer service correct? I didn't get any customer service. Just the run-around. Im extremely upset with the way i was thrown to the side. Ive already left a review that is not great. But its the absolute truth. I would very much like to speak with someone that is in charge that cares about customers getting treated badly at one of your hotels. I tried to speak with an employee, that didn't work very well at all. My name is Philip DiGregorio and i stayed in room ***.
