I’ve had my HNS for a while now and it hasn’t worked right since I had it installed. I have called customer support several times and spoke with them, still the issue has not been resolved. The weather has to be perfect for me to watch a movie on Netflix and it still buffers two or three times during the movie. When I use my phone at home on WI-FI it doesn’t work very well either. I don’t mind paying for something that works but it needs to work like I was told it would work. Don’t call me and put me on the phone with customer support send a tech to my house on a Saturday not through the week so I have to miss work. I don’t need someone asking me stupid questions about well does it work on your phones how many phones are on HNS at a time, I am not dumb it doesn’t work like it should. If you can send a tech and get issue resolved great if not I would like to know when my contract is up so I can break ties with HNS I have always been told but others it works great not for me please resolve my problem Do that I can continue to be your customer.
