I cancelled my account last month hen my two year commitment was over. I had just been charged a "one time recurring fee" of $*** **-. That is not only an oxymoron, but was not authorized by me. I was told when I cancelled that the charge would be removed from my account. I have my return equipment boxed and ready to return but am waiting for the credit of that unauthorized charge to my account before I send this back. Please advise. Billing and inventory account *****. I am hearing impaired so we must communicate by e-mail. Thanks...Please advise.
